Its a drill used by football clubs in England during practice sessions. Looks like the Indians picked it up on their tour of Manchester United last week. Wrong game though!

Its not a drill and nor does it supposed to be for improving your skills. Its usually used a mode of 'punishment' in football it may be for a missed penalty or picking up a card in a game. I, for one am glad to see some form of punishment is being dished out
