I still don't see a single Dhoni supporter addressing the security aspect or the hassle caused to the local police. They are all busy saying hotel should provide the moon for special customers. Looks like special treatment for powerful people is ingrained on our blood. And then we blame politicians and Robert Vadra or Ambani for misusing power
What the hell did I just read :hysterical: Biryani - emergency - misusing power - Robert Bhadra - Ambani :WTF: :hysterical: Bhai MTC have absolutely went out of control here.

Lucky he stopped short of saying Airforce 1. I was almost expecting "Oh so now where would Air Force 1 for Dhoni would refuel? Look at the immense expenditure on India's tiny foreign reserves on account of this shift?"

No what i see is a sportsmen kind of attitude which mean wont accept defect no matter what. Yes moving hotel was taking it a bit to far but i am not buying the security concern etc. Again this is a trivial matter blown out of proportion however this episode will make it to the list of reason of those who already want Dhoni to be dropped from the team. I view it as a captain backing his player and if it means appearing like an *****hole so be it.
Yeah only acts like emotional tough guy for his beloved csk. When it comes to India role over and die and look like a saint at expense of india

Didnt the whole Jaddu-anderson episode leave him looking like a fool yet he went with what his player told him.

Much ado about nothing. Its an overreaction on part of the hotel to not allow their guests to eat outside food. They booked 180 rooms in their hotel ffs, so they could have made an exception instead of making a big issue. Why so much fuss over this ?

Yeah jadeja his csk mate!!! Some others in team/squad don't get the support/backing
.. and that is your explanation for why Dhoni stood up for Jaddu , amazing. He did stand by the coach recently but given the hate you have for Dhoni there is nothing anyone could say to change it. Both of us have our opinion on this episode lets just leave it at that.

Yea still but he have bigger responsibilities now. Not sure why he has to go with CSK in every city.
to ensure none of the csk players ate biryani rayadu brought

It seems like it happened the other way around, pig headed managers were asked to **** off by customers. The customers aren't dependent on the hotels. It's the other way around, Sherlock.
But dhoni didn't,t behave like one, have you never seen people getting thrown out of restaurant for making noise?

Lol whaaaat? What has Deepika Padukone got to do with this? Anyone in their place, they would've been in the right. You ask for something another hotel offers, you get a no, and u push off to the other hotel. That's called freedom of choice bro.
Freedom of choice sure. Next time dhoni can take dindigul biriyani to saravanan Havana and eat there lol let us see how that works out. I am sure he could walk out . But he will walk out like a giant ass.

trivial matter blown out of proportion; besides all those who are critical of Dhoni let me ask them are you tell me not once if your life have walked off a store or restaurant even when in your heart you know its you or the people you are out with who are at fault. Off the field Dhoni stood up for a team mate/ friend i absolutely back him cause i would have done the same. Leaving hotel for a silly thing is just as silly as hotel not allowing them to get outside food. Hotel took a stand good for them and its absolutely within their right;as long as they do the same with a group of goras who try something similar.
Definitely for not for a reason like this. If you are not happy with hotel room, promised service. Not for this reason. It is a freaking 5 star hotel . If you behave like a one star customer you should stay in 1 star hotel.

Who the hell is talking about moving security is the problem? As you would know, a high profile IPL team can always be the target of terror. IPL itself has been targeted once or twice. In such high profile cases this is how security works 1) They have the schedule months in advance. They study the complete layout of the hotel, identify which entry/exits can be the most vulnerable ones. Based on the layout, they choose which rooms to give to their agents and places from where they can take action at once. Most vulnerable positions will have extra security fitted and CCTVs installed or monitored more often 2) They conduct mock drills and training in the new place. Attack is coming from this gate, how do you repel, etc? This might be actual drills or just instructions 3) With the help of the local police, they use bomb detectors and sniffer dogs and go through each room, lobby, inch of the hotel to make sure everything is ok 4) They do a background check of hotel employees. Has someone joined recently? Can he be an undercover agent, etc There is a lot of planning and work involved behind keeping a team safe. After all, terrorists plan months in advance, so security team needs to be one step ahead of them. A sudden movement throws all that plan out. Yes, they will always have a plan B, but it will be no where near as effective as something which they prepared for. And if you study historically whenever a celebrity has been attacked, most of the time it is because of their own foolishness which caused security to fail. Might have been a sudden change of plan or disappearing without informing security
Did you start writing thriller fiction?

I have never heard of anyone insisting eating home food inspited of restrictions. What hotel has done is very very common as they have policies. What Dhoni did was using the power and money to expect to bend the rules like a typical rich spoilt brat. WHen they didn't he threw temper tantrum and left the hotel. Hotel employees have been given instructions to follow the policies which is what they did. Someone like Abdul Kalam would not have done that in the same situation. That is the difference between class and crass.
