Better planning can create specialist bowlers for specific formats... Why can it not be something like : Tests : Ashwin, Ojha ODI : Mishra, Jadeja, Karn T20 : Akshar, Karn, Kuldeep, Jadeja Pick the best 1-2 based on the conditions. Ashwin is a joke in T20. He had a good couple of seasons in 2010-11, but his variations have been worked out, and goes for plenty now
