When a person with talent is getting out continuously in this manner, whenever he is playing outside the subcontinent, it shows how poor his approach and attitude is. Such persons deserve extra blame as they can play but are not doing it. Should be dropped from tests.

Rohit sharma was there even before IPL, so he isnt there because of IPL. Dhawan also was never great in IPL, never a good T20 player. He was picked after a good run in FC, Ranji and Duleep. Shami also barely played IPl before his India debut. Came into limelight after a good performance in Duleep trophy.
