Just ask him to pretend injury and miss the 4th test.And then transfer the captaincy to Kohli full time after world cup. Obviously these are in fantasy land.In reality he won't be sacked until he quits himself . Just hope he has the pride in himself to retire from tests after this series at least give up captaincy
