With a disastrous tour of Aus, and almost sure discarding of Rohit Sharma from the test no. 6 spot, with no certain claimants to the position as of yet, this could be just his moment to seize. Not to forget that India has a substantial home season in the coming few years. He almost certainly won't make the world cup cut. But a fitter and firing Yuvraj could be just what our side wanted.

I said "he can make a case for test squad" not "I want him in the test team". Leading performers in FC can always make a case for test selection, Yuvi is the leading run scorer in this Ranji, but yes personally I wouldn pick him for tests/odis
