Had Pak lost that match, they would not have even made it to the semis.

Shivaji bhonsle Posted January 1, 2015 Posted January 1, 2015 All matches were either fixed or useless. 1992 : Doesn't matter as Pak won the world cup. 1996 : Wasim's mysterious injury, surely fixed. 1999 : India were already out, Pakistan already through to semis so it was fixed. 2003 : Pakistan were already out, India already through so this one also fixed. 2011 : It was in India, so Pakistani players were threatened, Muslims were threatened, Umar Gul bowled badly, Afridi didn't take powerplay. All this indicating to one direction. 2015 will depend upon the result. I got one. Saeed ajmal got banned mysteriously by icc boss srinivasan just before the world cup. Pakistan 's bowling hampered by the ban.

I don't see how this makes it better; it makes it much worse actually.
