All the other bowlers went at 3 RPO. This garbage bowler needs to be dropped. Without him it would have been a lot less embarrasing. Shameful he represents India in Tests, or any other format. Keep his @ss in domestic cricket.

He has been really disappointing. Its 3 years since his debut. Actually, we dont have bowling culture. Bowlers have no clue what to do. Here captain needs to ask his bowler " ek line pakad ke daal." This is such basic stuff. At least, these bowlers can bowl one side of the stumps.

During the England tour ICF was missing Yadav every second and cursing Dhoni for being anti-Yadav. Now we want Yadav out!
Only people wanting him in the team were the morons who think pace is everything. McGrath is a good example that pace isnt everything. Yadav needs to be kicked out of the team.

McGrath bowled in the 140s most of his career

No he didn't. He was essentially a 130 k to 140 k bowler. But he was very tall , 6'5"... "hit the deck" type of pacer. Got steep bounce. Bowled with pinpoint accuracy.

Umesh Yadav bowled badly today. Does so from time to time. I was very disappointed today. Inspite of that he has the best WICKETS/TEST RATIO among all our current pacers. He had 42 wickets from 11 tests before this one. Almost 4 wickets per test....this is world class and also way more than our other pacers. He had a strike rate of 48 before this test which is world class. It is very difficult to drop such a wicket taker in tests. Umesh needs to practice much more and utilize his ability to take wickets better by lowering his average.

Shami had 41 wickets in 11 matches. Is he also WC? Ashwin had nearly 5 before this match. I think we are too lenient on our bowlers. Everyone is a WC bowler but just "unlucky".

You did not understand my post. None of our bowlers are world class. Most of them are cr@p. Their main problems are that they have issues with their actions and they are not serious enough to practice a lot. They don't have accuracy, nor can they bowl to a plan. Problem is ....I don't see a single pacer in our country who looks world class at the moment. If they have pace then they lack accuracy. If they are reasonably accurate then they are too slow. The pacers who look accurate in domestics lose their control in internationals when they are attacked. Like Vinay Kumar. So...what do we do if we want to pick a team today. We pick those who have atleast some parameters which are world class ...especially if they are wicket takers. Then you make them practice hard. That's all I am saying. You forget that we don't have a single ready-today world class bowler.

Indian bowlers have potential' date=' but potential is a ugly word when you refuse to work hard, and use your intelligence.[/quote'] its all about working hard to become good in whatever thing you do even if you are a genius.

He has the ingredients' date=' much learn to cook dishes properly now :giggle:[/quote'] International cricket is not for learning. Ship Yadav back to domestic cricket. Embarrassing to Indian fans.
