61 % voteshare is massively massive. Haven't heard earlier in India. This means everybody voted for AAP. All sections of the society voted for Kejriwal. Big but scary mandate. It is very-very difficult to live upto the expectations of so many people.
So soon :dontknow:

@ Blueblood if you ahve time in hand (by the looks of your post you do) please read the Narendra modi thread and general elections thread.(unless this is your multiple account)
Dude are you guys so brainwashed. Pre-poll predictions ALL predicted BJP will win. They just underestimated the number of seats but majority of media bet on BJP win. Other than a couple of slanted pro-congress media - everyone else already knew BJP will win. It's hilarious you ignore that fact and act like Modi win was a miracle. Congress didn't even spend money in many areas because of pre-poll predictions.

It is indeed a scary mandate for AAP, especially since they have over promised on almost all issues.

Biggest winner today is Indian democratic system which allowed a single small person like Kejriwal and his tiny party AAP to decimate and humble a behemoth like BJP. Indian system must be congratulated for that and as current caretaker of the that system Modi and current govt. should get due credit.

Indian democratic system winner alright but this type of mandate is also not right.. There should be some opposition in the assembly. Imagine 3 people rising and protesting against some new Law... Also all other parties including Central Government can now afford to wash their hands off the Delhi affairs. No matter how much he tries to blame the Centre, at the end of the day people will judge him and his party...

honestly' date=' if I was in Kejriwal, I would have run away by now. Trust of somebody is biggest burden a human is subjected to ever. And trust of so many people is unimaginable burden.[/quote'] That's true. He does have some really high expectations from people. I have moved to NCR just one and a half week back. Whenever I have been in an auto in Delhi, have heard the autowala telling what he will do on 15th feb. One was saying "saala RTO office mein 5000 maangta hai DL renew karne ka, gareed aadmi kaha se laaye itna, bol diye 15th feb ko Kejriwal saab CM banenge to agle din tere muh pe joota maarke leke jayenge".:--D But these are the same people who will be patient with him and will be willing to give him time, while his opponents will be restless in a few months time. Anyways congrats, it must be special for you since you are very serious regarding the party, even planning to join it. :--D

EC site showing 54% for aap' date='32.2% for bjp[/quote'] Correct. BJP held their brainwashed support as usual. So now you understand why Modi brought in Kiran Bedi - any BJP CM Candidiate would have got the same % of core BJP support and nothing more. BJP only lost 1% of their vote share. Even if they got 3% more they would have still lost massively so Kiran Bedi does not deserve any blame I think.
