bulbul
Think BJP will sweep with 40+ seats . Usually when the election is this close to call the before night money to voters tend to tilt to the balance in closely fought seats .Particularly in a state like Delhi were the no. of voters/seats are very low . AAP don't have the resource to match BJP in that regard .Also AAP vote base is the poor and lower middle class who tend to be swayed by such tactics unlike the upper MC and rich which seems to be supporting BJP Please share the video :nervous:
Precambrian
That was earlier. Now that the BJP as come to power' date=' they have been treating the media, especially those who opposed them during Lok Sabha, very badly. Media couldn't really effect the polls in states like Maharashtra or Jharkhand etc but in a Urban state like Delhi they felt that they would have maximum impact so almost all of the major media outlets (apart from India TV and Zee News) have become AAP Bhakts to show Modi that they can influence the polls and shouldn't be treated shabbily. Its a pretty big gamble they have taken because if BJP wins (which it will IMO) then they will be a far worse position than before and will be forced to kowtow to BJP's demands.[/quote'] This! Media has been denied "insider info" almost completely They don't get a chance to play Barkha-Nira routine and influence national politics. Exclusive scoops have descended to outing Padma winners two days before announcements :cantstop: and even then some of them were so wrong that media ended up with egg on its face. There aren't issues with the govt's functioning, or simply media is unable/lazy to find those. End result - they are made to amplify minor issues like ghar wapsi to sell their papers. Then the Delhi elections came. Most big media houses are concentrated on the big metros, with Delhi being prime. Naturally, they put everything into the Delhi bucket. Congress is a goner, so naturally the next best thing is AAP. On this account alone, I want BJP to win Delhi elections. Even a paper like The Hindu, which used to cover Delhi elections as more like an afterthought, has been devoting pages and pages to this.

randomGuy
A nation of charity cases reverting back to its natural state. Namo is going to have to create JOBS (and lots of them) if he wants re election in 2019 it seems. Beggars are already lining up (irrespective of getting something/anything thrown their way). If AAP wins delhi, I forsee a most monstrous version of sickulars in the history of India... nay mankind as opposition to BJP in 2019. A catchall for all mediocrities. Only solution to stopping a leftist party like Khujli's party rising up ever is to hold the cost of essential items like groceries, clean water, some minimum units of electricity per month (say 300 units per month) at a bare minimum. Charge as much as you want for items of discretionary spending like cars, electricity >300 units pm etc. Other solutions range from riots to manipulating EVMs to use of polonium on those leftists. Edit: Last sentence of this post is supposed to be sarcasm.
