Nice. How much you guys really get in your area. Do you get lots of snow?
I moved to Surrey from Richmond, slightly more - but being West Coast, its not really that much I must have seen snow ( very little) once since Nov, that was taken care by rain the next day. Similar to Seattle weather

Staying home today. Already so much slippery roads from the snow earlier and that is followed by 8 inches of this ongoing snow. Stay warm and eat pizza everyone at home.

traffic ' date=' earth quake zone and you cant buy a home for less than a 800k. even in suburbs.[/quote'] Traffic - you can take the train to SF Earthquake zone- buildings are supposed to be safer now than before. Property - you can buy a house for less than that for sure, if you want 3+ bedrooms with front and back yard in a good school district then pay 800k or more
