MCGGG Posted February 26, 2015 Author Posted February 26, 2015 Well considering SA is the no1 test team after being hammered at home by Australia I think we all know who should be no1.
brendan07 Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 I'd be more confident if Bailey was playing instead of Clarke. Still think we should win. Big Show most runs, Starc most wickets.

brendan07 Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 We'll be right. That self absorbed captain of ours better not break down!:(( Southee injured at training helps:dance:
Cricket_Hacker Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 That self absorbed captain of ours better not break down!:(( Southee injured at training helps:dance: fit to play the game :--D
brendan07 Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 fit to play the game :--D Won't be 100% though, mind you neither is our dud captain! Fair dinkum I hope we re consider playing Clarke!
sandeep Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 I think Oz have the edge, NZ is a bit over-hyped - they have the feel of 2003 India about them - great against the rest and might just get pantsed by the top side(s)....
Guest nimesh632 Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 Amiret and vvvslaxman, Whoever win toss bat 1st. India and srilanka win at MCG , recently. Australia's highest score at MCG batting 2nd. Is much more lower. Time will tell who will crush who.
Number Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 I would love Kiwis to win this but don't think they have batting firepower to face Aussie bowling which is throughout 50 overs very intense. Only team which can beat Aussie is India that too only in subcontinent. Also I think Vettori would be more effective in Aus than NZ. NZ pitches are totally placid for spinners.
CoverDrive Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 This is a big one. not only World cup but the winner of this match will be awarded the Chappell - Hadlee trophy Yes this is feckedup but thats how it is
Guest nimesh632 Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 If Australia bat 1st. VITTORY will get 6 overs only, India can beat any team in any part of WORLD , if their batting click more oftenly like southafrica and Australia.
HippoSucks Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 Australia will easily crush New Zealand. Hoping that Clarke gets some good runs too.
BeautifulGame Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 NZL very strong at home .But their short boundaries @ Eden park will play right into the hands of Aussies . Australia to win comfortably if bat first and narrowly if they r chasing
brendan07 Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 Won't play this match, but Faulkner is only 2-3 days away from full training, back for the UAE game in Perth. Likely to replace Watson, with Smith batting at 3.
adi B Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 summary of the game in advance :om: nzl bat 1st,score 317,aus AO for 289
