As per Islam: Killing of a single person is like Killing of whole humanity. But, is this how world sees India and Indians? They don't, and no Indian in his right mind will complaint against that. Similarly, let's for a moment assume that there is no hate and ill-will in Islam, but even then Muslims need to understand that they and their religion will be judged on the basis of ground realities, not your holier than thou texts.

Similarly, let's for a moment assume that there is no hate and ill-will in Islam, but even then Muslims need to understand that they and their religion will be judged on the basis of ground realities, not your holier than thou texts.

This is how humans learn, by experience. The primary operative point is reason, deliberation and learning. If prophet mohd was a last messenger of god and his teachings are perfect and it can not be questioned, then the system that you profess is not a learning system. This is like asking a baby not to walk or talk not to become a human.

Compare this to the view Muslims have of Jews or Israel. I bet grudges or generalizations don't extend to an individual level, most Muslims would still be genuinely nice to Israel nationals. But when we talk about a religion or a country, generalizations are bound to creep in because extreme religious/social/imperialist oppression cannot go unnoticed even if it is a very small part of the overall picture (infact, it only gets amplified). I request you not to take things personally cuz none of the posters above mean it like that.

Yes, muslims follow Islam but disliking Muslims doesn't necessarily mean disliking Islam and disliking Islam doesn't necessarily mean disliking muslims. I personally think that Islam is bunk. And an easy bunk to debunk, once you are not too afraid to speak out. But that has no bearing with how well i regard a person, who is a person first, everything else second. Most people have some very big, obvious flaws to their characters and this is why finding a 'soulmate' - someone who's pluses and minuses meld very well with yours, plus similar life views, etc etc. is such a 'special' experience. Now, do you think you couldn't be friends with someone or care for them if they flat out declared that Inzy was a better batsman than Sachin ? I mean, its obviously ridiculous to think so, as most will say Inzy was a very good batsman but Sachin was a once in a lifetime batsman. If so, then being friends with someone who is muslim shouldn't be a big issue either. Yes, they are wrong, but most people are wrong about something. Obviously, its hard to be friends with those who are fanatical about their beliefs. Just because i think Islam is a incorrect, false & destructive ideology does not mean i think every single muslim is a pre-programmed automaton in quest for Islamic dominance and therefore, enemies.
