Sonix768 Posted March 7, 2015 Posted March 7, 2015 I think more than England it is SA who struck on 90s mentality while chasing. They seem to think if the req RR is more than 6 in the earlier stage it is doom. So in order to make the Current RR increase they lose the wickets in heap. But to be honest, with their premier batting extends to 7 and decent batters till 10, they can very well be something around 150-3 till 35th over and gun down anything less than 350 from there. But they don't do it. They always want the CRR to be more than 5.5 and losing wickets in the middle.
