vvvslaxman Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 The status of Lanka is not the issue. It is an issue of equality. Tarnishing others but seeking fairness for your own people. I just can't think like that. I am old enough to know each community has fools and sages. You will learn as you mature. Yes go fix your society before worrying about law and order in other countries. This is a law and order problem. In UK, USA everyone it is treated as law and order problem despite higher percentage of rapes. You should do the same in your country instead of poking your nose about rape, murder, robbery in other countries.
sweetaskandy Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 You should keep your focus on India. Do not worry yourself about events in Lanka, especially as we have ended all terrorism and violence you lot backed. As for the video - it is a cheap attempt to 'hit back' as the factual video produced about India.
Mariyam Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 You should keep your focus on India. Do not worry yourself about events in Lanka, especially as we have ended all terrorism and violence you lot backed. As for the video - it is a cheap attempt to 'hit back' as the factual video produced about India. The sentence in bold makes no sense grammatically. Nor logically. Next time you try to deride Universities in another nation and brag about your English speaking prowess, at least proof-read your own posts if you don't want to appear silly. Also, how exactly are you vouching for the veracity of the 'factual video produced about India'? Is it a documentary about India?? It is a documentary highlighting the mindset/views of one of the perpetrators of the Nirbhaya case which happened in India. And how do you even know that the alleged 'hit back' is factually incorrect? What leads you to this conclusion? Have you even watched either of the documentaries?
achilles Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 Typical Indian response.Deflect the issues. Go with your begging bowl to US first. You should keep your focus on India. Do not worry yourself about events in Lanka' date=' especially as we have ended all terrorism and violence you lot backed. [/quote'] Do you know, the only thing monumental about your country is that you have Big Brother India bailing you out in everything?
Raghav_12 Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 Not to stress you folks but you want rational view of Indians but apply behaviour of particular elements as 'typical' behaviour of others? It was our team shot at by extremists and we dont accuse or even think all or even a sizeable cut of Pakistanis are responsible, so why do you use that event for 'point scoring'? We hate the terrorists responsible - what has the common man done? It is idiocy. The world watches the news coming from your country. What stupid logic is this? Does Britishers are getting affected by the rape issues in India, so who are they to make a documentary on this? Do you realize how stupid your logic was?

Can't you keep your BS limited to whatever forum you guys have?
sweetaskandy Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 Then' date=' why do you loiter in Indian Cricket Fans forum? On this issue see how your country folk spoke of Lanka and then you'll see why I replied as such.

I have seen that and I have seen how you have spoken about India as well. For cricket, there is a separate sub-forum where you can restrict your activities. If you want to throw muck at India, then be prepared to cop some too. It is magnanimous and representative of India and its democracy that this forum continues to allow you to express your opinions despite them being inflammatory of the country to which an overwhelming majority of participants here belong.
sticky wicket Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 Not in favour of these tit for tat response, but apt response Let's be clear of Bbc hypocrisy, what about their own track record of protecting child rapists within their own organisation and hardly any hard hitting investigation or 'interview' of the numerous phedophile rapists priests in their country, right now their is investigation of child abuse within their own british parliament!
Temujin Khaghan Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 sweetaskcandy are journos from abroad allowed to come into sri lankan soil and cover the whole aftermath of the LTTE war? i heard that during rajapaksa's reign it wasnt allowed. how is it now?

They killed kids and raped women. Pretty appropriate for a Sri Lankan to comment about India.
mishra Posted March 17, 2015 Posted March 17, 2015 Society definitely have a problem. In India or East, kids are left to fend for themselves because of poverty but there is absolutely no justification for parents/system as to why kids in UK are left to fend for themselves on streets. Ultimately we hear stories about pedophile rings and coverups, mass Child grooming and so on. Not only, I hate perpetrators of these crimes/grooming but equally hate so called parents/officials shedding "crocodile tears"/excuses because their child became a Jehadi John or exploited by a gang.
