Haven't listened to his commentary so far, but from the quotes here seems to be quite funny. As long as he mixes up the one-liners with some sort of analysis don't see anything wrong with it. Everyone has their own style. Even Bill Lawry will sound bland if he cuts out the trademark enthusiasm in his voice.

I've been occasionally watching matches in Vijay TV from the beginning. Ramesh is the only guy providing some "fun" in what otherwise a very one dimensional unexciting commentary.
