Strauss said that there were trust issues with KP......... then said that he has offered KP an advisory role in the ODI side - he's being ridiculed everywhere for this hypocrisy. Cricketers from different countries - Graeme Smith, Sangakara etc are tweeting about this now. Now it is simply a case of ego from ECB.

Hated him ever since he and Flower went to the Indian dressing room to convince Dhoni,Sachin,Dravid to allow Bell to bat again in spite of being legitimately run out.That started the down fall of Indian cricket, being bossed around by others, psychologically we became submissive after that, especially against England.

Doesn't surprise me at all because there is no love lost between KP and Strauss after the tweet gate incident. KP sent the SA players tweets ridiculing Starauss, calling him a doos or something like that. The spineless ECB didn't have the balls to sack KP then but dropped him like a hot potato after the Ashes debacle, hoping to deflect criticism for the whitewash.

This is breach of trust from ECB which they have done bluntly. This is unprofessional and unethical. Guy left his IPL contract, did whatever he was asked to do and then you invite him in a hotel to tell him that we don't trust you. This is just humiliating to a player of the stature of KP. Just want to see ECB lose every match from this point on. What an embarassment of an organisation ECB is. This is not how you treat your best player (and hes still performing, not like some of the other greats who rest on past laurels) just because he doesnt get along with the captain. Funnily enough this is whats happening with our national side too isnt it?
