I know there are tons of folks in ICF who will list the positives we found in this series. Good for that :thumbs_up: This thread is to identify problems we noticed in this series: AREAS WE NEED TO IMPROVE / PAY ATTENTION TO IN FUTURE: 1. Big big issue: Harbhajan Singh 2. Dinesh Karthik (KKD) opening and poking outside offstump consistently 3. Munaf Patel - lack of intensity 4. Gambhir - question mark

u can change the name to - Negatives from the series meanwhile, offcourse karthik to be added in the list.. poor batting.. even today i thought it wasn't great knock from him.. Pathan's bowling hasn't been impressive.. and offcourse bhajji has been pathetic..

gambhir, yeh still unsure, but defo would like to see him being given another chance sometime soon bhaji had one good match and apart from that a lot of the times he's just looked like he is bowling the ball with no intent of taking wickets

dont understand what made you have big expectations from him in first place. one great series and thats it. every now and then he has a great spell thats it. He is a bowler kaif.

If he just had one great series, how did he take 240 wickets in tests? BTW, do you know how many bowlers have taken more wickets than him? And you just can't convince me that he took all 240 in just one series!

Bhajji has been biggest goat in the series , in eden gardens he got lucky , he never looked like taking wickets or putting pressure from his side , if he was upto to mark indian would have won this series 3-0, just like yuvraj got couple of wickets today indian needed those from bhajji in first innings and second which he failed.

Wrong timing, Fineleg. You obviously don't have a positive thing to say after a series we dominated from start to finish. I am sorry, but these kind of threads are a big put off for Indian fans who flock this site to celebrate our success.
