Soorma_Bhopali Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 If it was a really long season , he could have opted for break from IPL ..but these jokers invent long season excuse only when the international season appears ..still to see any Indian cricketer opting out of IPL VOLUNTARILY because of exhaustion/long season/fatigue whereas so many Australians - Nitchell Johnson/Starc/Ponting/Clarke and company have done the same at a loss of financial gains to them

Guys like Kedhar Jadhav average 47 in List A with 105 SR. He even played well during India A tour of Australia and won us the quadrangular cup.
India-KXIP fan Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 Here's my theory on MSD. He may be past his prime as a player also. He has not been anywhere near as consistent as he used to be. He is a ATG ODI player after all and rarely used to fail. His technique is poor coordination is excellent. Usually when players like this reach a certain age they cannot adapt to slowing reflexes. Sehwag is another example of someone who declined rapidly at age 33/34. Only time will tell if MSD is out of form but he may just have gone past his expiry date both as a captain and batsman. He will be very lucky if he is not forced to resign in the event of a Banglawash. Huge game, game 3 for him.

He's too slow, lack of fitness plus doesn't have the ability to stroke. That was one good quadangular tournament for him but that's that.

Those particular set of skills must be why hacks like Rayudu and Jadeja always get picked then.

Dhawan,Rohit,Jaddu,Rahane, Kohli, Rayudu, Raina. They all have major flaws in their batting which opposition can exploit. The manner in which we lostboth the games sucks. Not a single decent knock from any of our batters. If its down to team politics, then, Shame on them. If its not, then too shame on them

What's the point of Rayudu when you know for sure he isn't meant for this stage. Also when did Jadhav have problems with taking singles or striking big?

And even if the position of the coach is vacant for some time, it is okay. Don't put just anybody there just because the post is vacant. Then it will have a bad impact in the long run. It takes time to make these decisions, and our team generally doesn't have that time because we keep playing non-stop," he added.
