Actually, apart from major competitions like the Ashes, IPL or the T20 Blast, they only write the name of the countries involved in the series i.e. India vs Sri Lanka.

As a whole yes, because it is a "championship" or a "tournament" compared to a 3 match series. Anyway the point is that they do not write the sponsor name all the time. Sometimes they may write it and other times they may not. For the criteria with which they decide to write the sponsor name or not, you would have to ask them.
