That's the problem with this country, you are damned either way. Look, there could be pending issue but that can be raised in a proper way. What is this blackmail by returning Medals which actually has been given by the Country and not any particular Govt?Everybody wants all the things to be done by this Govt. else... As if Modi has made a huge mistake in coming to power. This country and the agitating people actually needs and deserves Congress rule. Hope they get it ASAP...Why haven't they returned their medals for last 50 years?

But at that time the then government had said they were working on the OROP scheme. But the present government is cheating us. Come whatever may, is this mode of protest or returning Awards/Medals etc. correct? I've never heard these Ex-Servicemen returning Medals during 2009, 2010 & 2011.
