express bowling Posted December 19, 2015 Posted December 19, 2015 (edited) Sran bowls around 135 - 140k right? Sran can bowl 135 k to 142 k and does so in some spells. However, he was often running out of steam in a televised 4 day match and bowling 128 to 136 k. ( this may not be a problem in ODIs though )His accuracy and seam position needs improvement too. He is not ready for international cricket yet and needs atleast one more domestic season. His good performance in Vijay Hazare trophy ( 14 wickets from 6 matches ) may help him get selected though if the selectors are really keen about a left armer..Among left armers...Aniket Chaudhury looks like a more mature bowler, more accurate ....similar pace and a bit taller. Swings the ball more too.I would prefer Brainder Sran ( tall , deck hitting fast-medium pacer ) over trundler Sreenath Arvind though...any day. Edited December 19, 2015 by express bowling

They should have selected a fast bowler like Aaron in place of Axar.Exactly.The problem with having Jadeja and Axar in the squad is that a lower order big hitter like Gurkeerat might not get enough chances in the playing 11.
