I would replace Gurkeerat with Pandya and BK with Ishant for ODI's in Aus. Maybe try Iyer and Aniket Choudhary and some big hitters down the order. India should experiment keeping in mind T20 WC. But having lost 2 ODI series recently Dhoni will play safe and choose more or less the same team combination.

Another pacer ,would prefer an unknown entity like nathu singh but aaron is fine for me

This is my 16 ,we've gotta play 3 pacers and 1 fast bowling AR ,1 spinner is enough .we are playing aus ffs ,they will massacre our spinners on those flat pitches,need to play express bowlers

Jadeja won't be any good on such wickets. It's like 2014 all over again for Jadeja. I think what selectors need to do here is to choose right players for right conditions. They need to discard trundlers like BK, Mohit, Aravind and hacks like Dhawan, Raina. Should be given a chance to new players.  Ashwin as a sole spinner is more than enough on pacy Australian tracks.

Vijay has been having a sort of resonance as a middle order batsman.Played some big knocks at 5 and today again scored 77 of 44 balls coming in at five .

He already demonstrated his ability to hit big spin with ease and even looked comfortable against pace slogging in IPL in the past. Pretty important in middle order in ODI and next year T20 world cup as well.

Should definitely give him a chance at 5 in Australia and a decent run .Can build an innings as well if there is a collapse.

Yep he is batting at 4 & 5 in VH trophy this season

Scores so far : 24(32) , 55(59) , 35(43), 44(66) and today 74 (44)

Aparajith is having a very good tournament as well

It's all upto Dhoni tbh,whether he has confidence on mooli of rahane.problem with rahane is not technical or anything,he will most likely look the best batsman in handling the aus bowlers but the problem is his mentality.he's just not suited for this version(unless he overcomes this issue enormously) and somehow throws his wkt away .he gets boggedw down too easily

Openers- Rohit, Dhawan Rahane (honestly i hve doubts dhawan wud work in aus specially the way Sa team Jst didnt let him get off in Odi, Rahane is better off opening. Dnt find him a gr8 option in middle. HE is the best player of fast bowling shud b Batting at top. Rohit n dhawan the min Ball swings will look helpless)

Middle- Kohli at 3. Dnt change him for God sake. 

4- Shreyas Iyer Can b intersting n pick for future, Have him in squad. Murali vijay is doing well n plays spin excedingly well . Plays long innings which rahane struggles . I doubt bout his running Btw the wkts. Kick Raydu. HE is Jst a passenger

5 - Ms dhoni- He shudnt bat below this. HE Cnt come n Score quickly now. SO shud try to come in n get His eye in. 

6- Raina N yuvraj Singh, Mann - Raina has mostly struggled in Aus . Specially teams like SA n Aus who have quick bowler n tall bowler have always made raina's life a prob. Yuvraj singh Looks in Good form. My only concern has been his balance. In domestic u wnt find many bowlers above 140 to test u So ill have doubts but how bad can he do than Raina. N at 6 he wnt b mostly facing New ball n he also Someone who can come n start hitting From early. His ability to clear long grounds is  bonus with bowling . Im a Lil concerned about his fielding as well Which has dropped over the years. Mann Could b an option even though wen i c him bat i feel he ll struggle overseas

7- Pandya n JAdeja- Jadeja Bowling n batting isnt much of help in Aus conditions. Pandya hitting ability n Seam bowling can b.  Drop Axar.

8- Ashwin the spinner is an automatic pick , If needed another ill go with bhajji 

Pacer- Shami, Umesh, Bhuvneshwar wud b Picked

Other options Cud b Ishant, Bumrah, AAron, Shardul , Rahul shukla, Aniket choudhary , Irfan pathan For his all round abilities ( No Mohit n Arvind Plzzz)

 

We ll Loose anyway or wat but we shudnt loose the Opp to try new players

According to TOI newspaper Brainder Sran might be a surprise pick as selectors are looking for a left arm pacer. Aniket Choudhary is a much better choice for a left arm bowler.
