Even in SL,the tracks did help the spinners. I'm not taking anything away from ashwin but for me rahane was the player of the year for the reasons mentioned above. But, he has to score runs consistently and win matches as he did in Delhi against SA. I wish in 2016, he becomes a match winner for India. He has all the shots even for ODIs.
