The tournament is slated to be held between January 24 and 28 and will feature four 50-over matches across five days.

any news about live telecast of these matches? keen to see nathu singh bowl. also how quick is krishna das?

Really good to see Nathu Singh,  Shreyas Iyer, Varun Aaron, Jayant Yadav

Good to see Unmukt Chand,  Kedar Jadav, Murli Vijay, Mayank Agarwal,  Naman Ojha, Shardul Thakur, Krishna Das, Suryakumar Yadav, Amit Mishra, Sudip Chatterjee

No Aniket Chowdhury !!  Is he in the selector's radar at all or are we just thinking about it ?

Kaul, Aravind, Dhawal...trundlers galore....useless picks.

I guess Bumrah will play for Gujarat.

Would have liked to see Sarabjit Ladda and Veer Pratap Singh .  They have excellent List A records and are the right type of bowlers for international cricket..

I think Aniket Choudhary is injured. He didn't play VH trophy or Syed Mushtaq Ali trophy.

Hope Deodhar trophy is telecasted. Waiting to see Nathu bowl. He was among the wickets in Syed Mushtaq Ali trophy, picked up 4 wickets in one of the matches.

You are right...he is most probably injured.

But Is Aniket in the selector's radar at all ? Would he have been picked if fit  ?

Veer Pratap Singh is another tall, bouncy pacer who can bowl 130 k to 140 k. Has an incredible List A record with 40 wickets from 18 matches and an average of 18. Could have been picked.

Don't see that many lower order big hitters either.....the type we need to find for our international team. 

Who are our choices and available for selection here  ?

Deepak Hooda, a big hitter, is averaging 41 in List A.    Don't see him in any of the teams.

SKY is the only one I see.  

Maybe Negi to some extent but he is probably not a " top 7 " material  batsman in ODIs.

Non exclusion of Nair, samson, hooda is strange 

Even though samson perfomance hvent been gud this season but he shud always b in mix

 

Trundlers like aarvind, Kaul , dhawal still depress me

Need to look beyond karn sharma dnt find him gud for int. level

Thank god we hve moved on from uthappa, manoj tiwary

 

Non selection of saha is a sign tht selectors r nt looking at him for t20 n Odi 

Samson has to has to do well in domestic n grab this oppurtunity

 

I think the whole format of challengr trophy was quite gud 

Shudnt have been dumped.

Its wen best of the player play against each other, even though schedulling were baffling as they use to happen without break

 

But such contest r must to know about cricketers better

wanna see Varun Aroon and Nathu on the same pitch and see how they bowl. also get to see Shardul also and see how he compares to Varun and Nathu. Also wanna watch Bumrah.

if varun aroon and bumrah succeeds in this - they will be selected against Lanka.

Well a lot wud depend on the sucess of umesh in Aus

IF he doesnt do well

MsD will sing old song- bowler with extra pace give more runs

Give me trundlers

N expect the return of bhuvi n mohit

 

Aaron still i wud doubt even if umesh does well, but bumrah will debut soon.

Bumrah is also among wkts in syed mushtaq ali

 

Where is series against lanka being played?
