Actually its not a bad team, for me they are an underdog. The reason is their bowling. Gud Bowling will always u in the game

Bowling- zaheer, natham coulter nile, Morris, Shami & all are gud death bowler, not sure about Shami n zaheer fitness. They have gud backup Pawan suyal, chama milind, khaleel ahmed, joel paris anyone of them could be used as a surprise package. In spin dept they have Imran tahir , amit mishra, Nadeem, Jayant yadav. They are bowler who wud not give easy runs and bowls well in middle overs. Also look out for Carlos barthwite

Batting- Iyer, Nair, Samson, duminy , billings. De Kock , Mayank aggarwal , Morris and negi could be finishers. Rishab pant , hedwekar are gud as backups

My Playing XI- Nair, Iyer, Samson, Sam billings, Duminy , Negi, Morris , Nathan coulter nile, Jayant yadav, mishra,Zaheer. 

there are so many options to play with . 

So they are really underdog team for this team who shudnt be underestimated. Also i like the culture that paddy upton bought to RR which made young players play fearlessly. A team that has good bowling will always be a threat

All i hope Nair , Iyer , samson , negi and jayant yadav get consistent and many  chances. They all can soon play for India

More than fans its their owner who is more dangerous, every year they chop and change their team . 1st 3 yrs they had the most settled unit

U got to be an idiot to drop players like gambhir,sehwag, dilshan, ab deviller, shikhar dhawa, Nehra, Dirk nannes  and many more

DD can be the dark horse of this IPL, This time the team looks very strong. It has good mixture of off,leg,Left arm, spinners. Young & experienced Left arm fast bowlers, Right Arm fast bowlers, couple of exiting young wk batsman.It has good mixture of overseas & Indian players.

If Iyer,Kock,Morris,Braithwite,Negi,Samson, Nair ,gell well together as a team They may even can be favourites to win the IPL
