IIRC in all these tourneys they sneaked through on NRR.

We should have aimed to top the group, but then the loss against NZ completely changed all equations. Now, we will have to be content with Wankhede should we qualify for the KOs.

It is just that WI can be too hot to handle on its day so the game depends more on how WI turns up

From today, if India have to win this World Twenty20, they will have to meet some tough opponents in possibly the toughest of conditions. chewy Posted March 26, 2016 Posted March 26, 2016 Australia hot favourites, difficult to see India going through, none of the players clicking, got lucky against Bangla.In 3 games, India have no batsman or bowler in top 10 (super 10 stages).Australia have Khawaja, Smith, Maxwell, Watson all scoring runs, and Faulkner and Zampa taking plenty of wickets.If India win World t20 2016, they will be undeserving.
