for me its kapil dev. look at this particular delivery. the completel range and the perfect length and that beautiful wrist position. i know many will say steyn but what would your opinion be?

There is nothing more dangerous if u can move the ball away or even get to straighten it a bit from middle n leg stump at that speed so late.
