So net result , Ganguly out , deal ball and Sachin will be striker.

If it hits spider cam , crossing over is void .So Ganguly will be on strike again.

Not in this case as there is only one ball. Try thinking along these lines if you get a question like this in the exam. One more vague explanation would be that Ganguly hits...runs. ..crosses over....but is hit by the ball trown by the fielder before he completes the run. He collapses on spot and is forced to retire out and the bowling team captain can withdraw the ball and ask for a fresh one. But I am assuming tendulkar is not called back to take the non-striker's end. Very very Stupid I know Lord 1
