Usually big teams are jam packed with matches but doesn't lower ranked team have some empty schedule to invite them or play at their den? Or is it out of fear that they wont qualify for WC and Champion trophy?

It would be interesting to see a match between WI and AFG...WI has fallen so badly that it will make a interesting series
