jeetu Posted March 11, 2017 Posted March 11, 2017 Big blow for Australia , Apart from bowling Starc was chipping in with useful runs. Hopefully next match too India will win comfortably.
OpeningBatsman Posted March 11, 2017 Posted March 11, 2017 Cummins, is he even going to last 2 tests express bowling 1
BeautifulGame Posted March 11, 2017 Posted March 11, 2017 Cummins, is he even going to last 2 tests:phehe: According to Aussie media ,it seems Bird might play the 3rd test rather than Cummins . I suspect Cummins will most likely play in Dharmashala which should suit him. OpeningBatsman 1

rkt.india Posted March 11, 2017 Posted March 11, 2017 Brett Lee made his test debut at the age of 23. Cummins is 23 and this will be his 2nd test.
speedheat Posted March 11, 2017 Posted March 11, 2017 Well bird is a very good bowler too with sharp pecker

Bird has a different role and won't be fit in the role that Starc played. Bird would have been an instant choice if Hazelwood had sustained that injury as both are similar type of bowlers though Bird is considerably slower.
rkt.india Posted March 11, 2017 Posted March 11, 2017 I wont be surprised if they play Agar as 3rd spinner and Stoinis as 2nd seamer who i doubt would be worse than Bird in these conditions. Same pace but offers good batting option. Bird's 132-135KPH bowling seems too innocuous for the Ranchi pitch. Dharmashala might suit him better.
