SA's fastest-Morkel(He's faster than Steyn & De Lange is not playing test cricket) England's fastest-Finn Australia's fastest-Cummins & Pattinson India's fastest-Umesh Pak's fastest-Sami Srilanka's fastest-Nuwan Pradeep WI's fastest-Tino Best NZ's fastest-Neil Wagner Among them I reckon Tino Best is the fastest playing test cricket right now. He's easily faster than Roach,Edwards & Rampaul who could've featured for the fastest bowler of other countries in the above list.This list doesn't feature bowlers who have retired from test cricket or don't play test cricket for their country.

No bowler consistently bowl 90 plus mph in tests. They are all fast, but not express. They can all clock 150K here and there. There is no express bowler right now ala Brett Lee, Akhtar, or Bond. But there are three teenagers who have touched 150 and can turn out to be real express bowlers in coming years that are Patrick Cummins, Adam Milne from New Zealand; he will play the T20 series and in T20 WC, and the third one is Jamie Overton from England. Adam is the oldest of the three at 20 but he had clocked 150+ when he was 18 in 2010 against Pak in T20 match. Jamie Overton is the youngest at 18. Jamie Overton at 18 is strongest of the three and is more likely to sustain high pace for long.
