Imagine Rahane as the captain during BGT 2024-25
Sean Bradley replied to sensible-indian's topic in Cricket Talk
What's the point in imagination, Rahane is already gone, mental masturbation is pointless. -
Is akashdeep worst pacer to play for india in tests since 2000
Sean Bradley replied to ungboysj's topic in Cricket Talk
Don't know why anyone's is not talking about Arshdeep, Arshdeep I beleive has a great potential with red ball, doesnt leak runs, swings it both ways. Can be a decent back up for bumrah over the current two. -
We are destined to lose this test in the most painful way possible
Sean Bradley replied to saransh's topic in Cricket Talk
Bad vibes only because of manhusiyat of Rohit & Kohli, I still beleive we have a chance, if Sharma somehow manages not to bring his manhusiyat in for batting and treat this as an odi match, we have a strong chance. -

To be fair to him and selectors, he bowled well in Indian conditions, but has been a big disappointment in this series. Now I feel Harshit would have been a better choices though I was critical of his selection over Akashdeep. -
I feel Rohit the batsman has one last hurrah left in him this series.

Rohit Sharma is the only Indian batsman who frustrated the Indian fans at the beginning of his career, frustrating the Indian fans at the fag end of his career, and in between acquired a God like Status. -
Our own mike brrr

In ideal world and current form Lolhi should come after Bumrah before Akashdeep.

Money cant buy you class, Kohli is a perfect example of this phrase ! Absolute trash behaviour, bhagao saale ko!!

Vinod Kambli admitted to hospital in critical condition
Sean Bradley replied to nevada's topic in Cricket Talk
I think players like Kambli & Shaw doesn't get backed because they lack humility after a certain point and create a toxic environment for others around them. On the contrary players like Rohit Sharma who was more or less the same talent as these two got backed majorly because of his attitude towards the game and peers probably. At the end no one is bigger than the game, one should learn to be humble and keep doing his bit and whats under your control as a player. i.e. be a student of the game, stay fit, and stay hungry. -
Talent is nothing without discipline. Kambli & Shaw are perfect examples for Indian Cricket lovers.

Yes I would too

The below XI is such a mouth watering batting and bowling lineup. Including ROKO only because they are not going anywhere, else I would replaced either of them with Iyer. Rohit Jaiswal Gill Kohli Pant Pandya Reddy Jadeja Kuldeep Arshdeep Bumrah

Yes I felt the same, god bless the team if he ever becomes a bowling coach.

Everything else at one side and Veenay Kyuumars cringe on the other side. The guy today said something so rubbish that i felt like putting my hands inside the tv and slap him. He said something on the lines of Indian bowlers should purpose fully feed travis head with poor deliveries and not bowl short pitch at him so that Travis Head doesn't understand the game plan going into the 4th Test and keeps guessing what the bowlers are plotting against him. Like the bowlers had some kind of plan at first place, for gods sake guy smashed a run a ball 150 in the first innings and this guy is going on like some another level of delusion. Mark Nicholas promptly replied by saying that he would like the Indian bowlers to quickly take his wicket and run him out of form rather than this rubbish ploy of bowling poorly at Head so he keeps guessing their plan. Kon hai yeh log, kaha se aa jate hai comm box mein? Itni ghatiya monontone voice, na articulation, na knowledge, international tv ke comm box mein aake itni vaahiyat baatein

Though Ganguly struggled as a bat during the latter half of his career in Tests, but he was always a gun captain and kept on competing and winning test matches both overseas and India. Under Rohit forget competition, we are getting our backs handed over at home and away test matches, not to forget his dismal form with bat and his body language as a captain.
-
Worst test captain ever in the Indian team, all the legacy built after T20 WC win, he pissed on it himself thorough greed to continue as a player and captain. People have forgotten the Rohit Sharma who won T20 WC, but rather remember the Sharma who lost 3-0 at home to NZ at Tests. That's his legacy, gone to the dogs. Hitman se Chewtman tak ka safar.

Ravichandran Ashwin retires from international cricket
Sean Bradley replied to saransh's topic in Cricket Talk
One guy plays with dignity, held his head high and walked out when the time was right, while other guy is a leach with zero credibility, dances around shamelessly, jokes around with dushman team after a humiliating defeat, makes joker like faces in the dressing room when a tail ender hits the bowler for a six who has tormented him. Basically, it all boils down to self respect, Ashwin has plenty while the latter, phey ! -

How on earth Kohli end up losing test captaincy to Rohit Sharma?
Sean Bradley replied to Trichromatic's topic in Cricket Talk
Lost captaincy in LOIs, getting Test captaincy for Sharma was more of a by product of getting ODI captaincy. Sharma who was not a certainty in Test XI, not only he got his place secured but also got captaincy on top of it. This is where the blunder happened, Selectors made the same error with Dhoni, giving red ball captaincy to white ball players, this kind of error in judgement is not new in Indian Cricket and its selectors.
