I have posted multiple times that Dhoni's poor test captaincy has been an important factor in our test results.  And he has fluffed quite a few chases in recent history, as captain or otherwise - The USA T20, and the ODI against young Rabada are prime examples.  But that doesn't take away from the fact that he has won a lot more games for the team than he has lost.    Sure, he's on the downward swing of his career, and no longer the ATG ODI player he once was - even his spot in the XI is not assured IMO - but he still adds value and is worthy of a decent enough rope as of now.  

 

This uncontrollable urge that some posters are infected with, to somehow "balance" out the Dhoni "worship"; has itself turned into imbalance.  But its something that the sick have to first accept as a problem, before it can pass.  Get well soon brother, is all I can say.

All I can say is get well soon you too brother. You keep your feelings for dhoni like a teenager keeps his for a crush. Never reveal it truly. Jab pyar kiya toh darna kya? :p:

:laugh:  Like I said earlier - the "anti-ites" clearly have "stronger" feelings for Dhoni than the fans or even us neutrals.

The bunch of 1% frustrated people search all over the internet and find no place where they can easily bash the greatest odi captain and then end up here and see many people doing it here and stay here. The ones who are real fans either post very less or left this site because of this attitude.

This I have to agree with. I've seen this trend of people being petty and taking shots at one player or another. As I mentioned in one of my posts from a few days back, this almost resembles green ghetto.

If those fans left forum because of alleged dhoni bashing then maybe they weren't REAL INDIAN CRICKET fans. :hmmm:

 

They were REAL DHONI fans. :yawn2:

 

Somehow Dhoni became more important for them than Country and Indian Cricket. :nice:
