I still feel that Kohli, no matter how brilliant batsman he is, is not a good captain material. I haven't sensed any "signs" so far foretelling his success, much different from Dhoni.

He wont go on ground n play . N if the team is not happy with him specially reports says 10 player well then let him go. A team with bad dressing room environment is the worse thing, 

Whatever work of kumble is evident has been praiseworthy n i really liked his work as coach but i respect our player to as their might be  certain reason that they didnt feel comfortable with him. 

We can ask 10 players to leave.....

May be but we need to give him time to fail as well

As of now perfomances under him has been good and he has earned the captaincy which no one else seems to have

We have to give him time to improve as well......and to figure out another captaincy prospect

True that. But he has to learn to acknowledge failure. A crucial trait to succeeding in life. Somehow, I sense a "scar" in his psyche. Until he deals with it, I'll remain skeptical.

Then when an overseas ICC tournament comes around- he'll get exposed again   .  Rinse and Repeat .

Selectors are problem too. Three captains would give more opportunity to other players. Same captain will keep on playing Dhoni, Yuvraj and Aswin and benching Karthick,

There are not many home series from now on......

 

Sa n NZ doesnt win ICC tournaments doesnt make them bad teams.......out of 10 teams only one will win.
