So far we haven't been able to give an eta because we don't have one ourselves. We have some other dark fiber we can reroute to but we're not sure that will be any quicker than just waiting for them to resplice it. This was an AT&T crew that hit it so there are supervisors and supervisor supervisors here. Ugh... We're working as fast as we can and trying to get them to do the same.
