Yes, I think this would be a good XI. However, I'm not sure if Gopal will play- since he does not have much T20 or List A experience. It could be a toss-up between him and Ankit Sharma (a T20s specialist to some degree) if they want bowler-centric team. If they want more batting, Lomror or Binny may be selected but it will weaken the bowling.

The alternatives are poor. Just not good backup. Especially Smith's ban has made the things worse in terms of batting strength.

Looking at RR squad, don't you think the specialist batsman backup needs to be looked at during transfer window ?
