U think MS dhoni doesnt try, look at his fitness level. In between he gained weight around 2015 and he lost all weight in recent times whereas youngsters like raina n rohit put on paunches.

IF i remeber his keeping was blunder in 2014 asia cup that few yrs ago not a decade

His keeping was poor even in IPL were he had so many brain farts liker every year

Currently he bats better than Dhoni and Pant. Dhoni is a big show off when he keeps for spinners. All smoke and mirror. I hardly see any effort from Dhoni on the leg side. He does not even try.

Dhoni is done.

He has been doing well in LOIs recently, if you had watched the matches. Better than Iyer or Pandey at 4, in spite of not being given a consistent run.

If you think Dhoni is doing well with the bat, you're in fairyland. Karthik has been doing well, so it makes sense to give him a run. If he's failing then remove him and there's no coming back. No point bringing up his old failures again and again.

Dhoni did score at an avg of 60 last yr,which is good....s/r is on decline

dhoni s/r last yr was 84 and kartik 69 

 

so temme how is kartik doing better, infact that guy is out of practice when it comes to keeping

 

But no cricketer is always on rise ......n he is still a huge help to captain n bowlers..........no one will let a package like that go easily

^I've said Dhoni is better than DK in keeping and is ahead. Otherwise there's nothing special about him. If it's all about numbers and averages, you're just turning a blind eye.
