Pretty sure peak Sachin would have averaged 50+ with a sr of 95 in the current era of odi, scoring runs in odis has become ridiculously easy due to flat pitches ,2 new balls

peak sachin was scoring at an average of of 65+ at a strike rate of 105+ back in 1998, imagine what he'd do in today's era

SRT fans hate almost every other players because they are insecure :p:

dhoni fans are usually cool and they post about sachin to use keep them in their place ..

nobody hates kohli and rohit is a comedian for all of us including maniac

who told you people supporting Sachin are insecure???? As far as  I know  it is just a matter of  defending Sachin's  greatness thru

sensible logic. Even this  topic, I don't think it was started by any insecure Sachin fan to compare Sachin with another batsman.Naturally people who believe Sachin to be a superior batsman will put forward data and reasons for their justifications. And there is no matter of  'hate almost every other players because they are insecure '  either. It is people like you who make up such fantasies.

Sachin  has a phase of 249 inns where he avg:Ed 49 at 89 str: rate  in those far difficult 90s  which would easily worth

54+ avg: & some 94+ str: rate of now a days. Another thing is AB's bat avg: is inflated by huge no: of not outs.  39 not outs in 218 inns.

Ponting and Sanga are good too..whats the problem there.

Ponting hasn't proved himself against spinners on the subcontinent.  Whereas both Sachin and Lara proved themselves against spin and pace both at home and away.

Sangakkara is a very organised batsman but his average is inflated due to playing too many games against minnows.

Both sanga and ponting are tier 2 batsmen along with dravid and the batsman kallis and cannot be compared with Sachin and Lara.

Well sachin is not in the grade of ponting kallis and lara against pace..kallis ia obviously better. Sachin played for long time so accumulated more runs. Its Kallis Sanga Ponting Lara Sachin in that order..obviously
