Pakistan Elections 2018 | Imran Khan becomes Pakistan Prime Minister

I check out his speech. Some good resolutions for Pakistan. Hope he gets success.
Hope he doesn’t ends up as Pak version of Kejriwal...

As for comments on Kashmir, we need to give him some leeway. He’s not established yet and these comments he’s to make.

In any case, India policy won’t change atleast till the next Govt comes in 2019.

How will he talk with India? India has categorically stated that Kashmir cannot be central focus of talks between India and Pakistan. Im the Dim says something completely opposite, toeing the pakistani army line. No Indian government in the current scenario or anytime in the future will look at normalizing Indo-Pak relations until Pakistani Army gives up their obsession with J&K.

DAWN and EU.

It should be Gospel truth now for anyone who said about rigging.

Just curious, what takes this long to finish 272 seat counting. There is a smoke of dhandli in election for a reason. I mean seriously what takes this long. It has been over 48 hours, isnt it?

As long as Pak people are happy about the election of IK, we are happy. Congratulations to you all. I think there are many analysts in Pak now who clearly understand that India is never going to accede to a "separate Kashmir" demand. Other than that, there is a lot to gain for both the countries with good relation. If not then, we as a country are used to be a neighbor of Pak. We will be fine.

thre was re-counting on some of seats becoz of complaints so thats why it took 48 hours. usually the official announcement cmes after 36 to 48 hours, so thats not the issue.

the EU just said that election was fair and better thn 2013.

For a change, if it is true then congratulations to the people of pak for having fair elections after a long time, or was it for the first time forever?

very much usual practice... Actually within 4-6 hours of polling end, we get the whole trends, same was the case this time... then even before next morning we get around 85-90% of results which clears everything... then to make it 100% it usually takes 2,3 days because of few polling stations with any issues or recounting or different applications etc etc but Overall situation remains more or less the same what we get within 4,5 hours...

* There are a lot of doubts of Rigging by Election Commission, when election results were suddenly frozen by Elections commission in the evening at about 20:00.

* Excuse presented by election commission is totally lame.

Election commission told that freezing of results was due to an electronic problem in their internal system.
But this Electronic System freeze had absolutely nothing to do with the expulsion of the polling agents and counting in front of them, and then handing over to them the form 45, while all this is a manual process

Rangers expelled the polling agents and counting was not done in front of them. If true, then it make whole election to null and void.

Here we could understand why form 45 was not handed over to the polling agents.

Please Pakistani members answer us on behalf of election commission if you deem election commission to be free of rigging.

* Initially election commission allowed recount in few constituencies, and indeed rigging was found in all of them and thus election commission had to change the results after the recounting and Nawaz league got the seats from PTI after recounting.

* But then suddenly election commission denied ALL the new demands of recounting.
And election commission had denied it against it's own Law which give right to the loosing candidate to go in recounting process if the difference of votes is less than 10 thousand votes.

Here we have difference of votes in few hundreds, and the numbers of discarded votes in thousands, but still election commission denied the recounting without giving any reason and also against it's own law.

If Pakistani members still claim election commission to be Fair, then please answer us here on the behalf of election commission.

*Another strange fact, why there are almost no cancelled votes in some places, while there are 5 thousand to 13 thousand cancelled votes in other places where mostly PTI won from very little margin?

It is unbelievable form of rigging where you declare thousands of votes bogus and let PTI member win with narrow margin of few hundred votes. And more rigging is this that Election Commission is not even allowing the recounting in these constituencies even against it's own laws.

And finally, there are thousands of ballot papers with stamp of the Election Commission, are being burnt in the garbage place in Karachi. These ballot papers have the votes for PPP and MQM.

Looking at the evidence up till now, I highly doubt Rigging by Election Commission and the beneficiary is Imran Khan.

Its interesting to see that PML(N) got similar vote percentage to PTI this election in 2013 at around 32% but due to concentrated nature PML (N) crossed majority.

Imran khan has chosen to ally it seems with MQM. Not sure thats a natural choice. Maybe Pak posters can explain.

I dont think given his numbers Imran can make wholesales changes. But he can cut down on courruption
