How is  COA is trying to get rid of this system?

That's what they are here for right. To clean up the mess that is BCCI. It takes some time to understand the rot and where it is coming from and take appropriate measures. I know they are starting to regret the choice they made during Kumble saga to empower captain and coach with full power.

I doubt BCCI would've done anything different with this case. We all saw how they sucked up to Dhoni for over a decade. Kohli is just a continuation of Dhoni, and COA is trying to get rid of this very same system, which obviously is going to take some time.

CoA has lost, the BCCI can fight this battle endlessly, the courts cannot :yousuck:

Unfortunately the power brokers at BCCI will never give up that power, when you think about it the likes of Dalmiya, Pawar, Srini, Thakur, Jaitley, Shukla etc. They aren't the kind of people you'd mess with, not unless you're Amit Shah or Modi and they wouldn't concern themselves with cricket.

There was no mess in the first place and nothing has changed since COA came in.  Things have only gotten worse.

lol.. didn't you see how it was during Dhoni's time. The same sh!t selections, there was no accountability for overseas drubbings and on top of that, the crook Srinivasan was trying to highjack the world cricket.

The people you have mentioned are either dead or in jail or getting their asses kicked at the moment. Long live COA.

So yeah like we were winning every overseas tour before Dhoni.  Srinvasan was probably the best president after Dalmiya.  He made BCCI stronger and Indian cricket stronger in world cricket.  Seeing likes of Shashank Manohar, we will any day have a Srinivasan.

How did he make Indian cricket stronger when there was no strong on-field performance to back it up. There's a lot of money with them now and look at the state they are in. Pitiful.

There is a big difference b/w making the "bcci" stronger and "indian cricket" stronger,he made the bcci stronger and impactful not the indian cricket or domestic set up in anyway even though I agree shasank manohar is useless

You're kidding, apart from the late Dalmiya and lightweight Thakur who's the one you think has weakened? Pawar is near retirement so I won't count him, besides he's done irrepairable damage to the nation and BCCI.
