Nah nothing is changing till atleast 2023. After that you can make dhoni or rohit captain who ever you want.

The only way Kohli is losing his captaincy is if he hits a big slump and then people start blaming this on captaincy pressure.

 

The way he is batting right now highly unlikely that will happen.

 

2nd scenario is if Kohli realizes that he cannot handle captaincy and given his ego also very highly unlikely.
