Seems most want the process more then the results

Spot on, he is the best captain India ever had, if he had some support like Pujara offered ths test, they would haave won lot more.He has turned this bowling attack into aworld class one by giving them belief. That is his biggest contribution towards.Any team has to learn that art of winning test matches.

Its the toss you all seem to forget. Kohli has won the matches where he won the toss. England like vodoo won five tosses. Kohli kept saying head five times and it was tails. So thats more imp than anything. A very good article in cricinfo by Sid Monga about it

Great win in the end. Would've been better had the likes of warner and smith been in the team but not India's fault..some will find excuses..this was still full strength Aussie bowling attack.  Would gladly take the win  anyway.

The reality is, not that india was on the top in SENA this year. It's just opposition teams themselves delpted their key players due to some reasons and injuries. SA misses Stayne and rabada badly, AUS misses Warner and Smith, WI did not play their key players, etc. So it is not argurably a moment to happy. Moreover SA tour is anyway lost and in this AUS tour there are few matched to play. Nevertheless this is just another year like past for India in SENA for me actually, winning here and there does not make any sense.

With the overall standards of SENA teams relatively not that great and with Ind being the #1 ranked team, we should expect test wins. Overall, could have closed more tests if we had played to our potential

Wonder why greenbros can't even manage to draw a test in SA or Aus, forget winning one "here and there".
