coffee_rules
Yesterday in Hobart. I don;t think so. I feel a test series in SL would bring back the shame of losing to SL in a key WC match that sent us out crashing in the first round. But still this was a :finger: to all the Mahilayen - Kumaras and Jayas. Link to comment
The Outsider
If we win the test series in SL, I think we would have avenged the WC ouster. Link to comment

f.b.m
This is just some pan parag odi series. A test series win would be proper. Link to comment
prince40
no for this young side to humiliate the ravans in front of the whole world [aussie media etc] i feel does make up quite a bit.... Link to comment

IndianRenegade
Honestly the defeat against SL didn't hurt that much as the defeat against Bangladesh. :(( Link to comment

But, I seriously want India to humiliate BD like never before. Some of the articles in BD after India's loss were simply OTT, my blood still boils. Link to comment

We had drubbed them at home twice 6-1 and then 3-1 before the WC. Murali went on to say, Indian batting is good only on paper. That facking cheat of a mongrel. Link to comment
yoda
Only a better showing in the next world cup can erase the memories of the last one. Link to comment
fineleg
Loss against BD hurt. But it was a fluke win for BD - our guys just switched off totally during BD match. We dont need to worry abt avenging it, we'll do it routinely next time those minnows meet us. Loss against SL needs to be avenged, and I need a Test series win in SL! Link to comment

Gambit
We have to bundle them once under 54 We bowled them out for 98 when they were chasing a mere 180 at Sharjah in 1998. Aggy was on fire in that game. Anyone remember the tournament in Singapore just after the 1996 World Cup? (the one where SJ went crazy making the then fastest 100, fastest 50 and hitting most runs in an over). That tournament should have rechristened 'The Revenge Cup'. India beat SL to avenge the WC s/f debacle, Pak beat India to avenge the WC q/f drubbing. Then Pak avenged their defeat SL before the final by beating them in the final! Link to comment
siddhu
To be honest, I DON"T CARE about the WC 2007 loss. It was our own making than SL. What I want is for our team to avenge the 2003 WC loss by winning CB Series.... Link to comment
