ravishingravi Posted May 26, 2019 Posted May 26, 2019 Gadkari behaviour and body language has been odd to say the least. His interviews before the result and his reactions after the results shows a man undergoing a shock and some serious calculations. Did he really buy into the story of being PM candidate in case BJP didn’t get the numbers ? sergio04 and beetle 2
coffee_rules Posted May 28, 2019 Posted May 28, 2019 (edited) Nothing wrong in showing Modi-Shah are not the only two coming up ideas for India. He rose in stature in BJP, now that Jaitley is out sick and he is projected as #3 in the party. He is not a divider like other insignificant leaders like Yashwant Sinha. Vilander Posted May 29, 2019 Posted May 29, 2019 He is preferable for certain parts of the country, he is not agressive like Modi/Shaw his time will come and there is a specific role for him to play.
Gollum Posted May 29, 2019 Posted May 29, 2019 (edited) What will happen to 'Mr. Kadi Ninda Turtle' now? Edited May 29, 2019 by Gollum
coffee_rules Posted May 29, 2019 Posted May 29, 2019 2002 was litmus test for BJP. Till then the cracks in leadership was never that public. Vajpayee wanted Modi out. Advani/Bal Thackerey backed him. Rest of the young uns were running helter-skelter not sure whom to follow. In a way, loss in 2004 was blamed on Modi. After 2009, there was big hole in leadership and BJP adopted the Gujrat model to come back triumph.
