In theory however Pakistan cannot rest easy even after winning their two matches. Their fans will probably have to support us again vs Sri Lanka if the Lankans manage to win their next two.

If NZ lose to England and Australia both, which is probable, their semi spot won't be certain either. Same applies to us if we mess up against both England and Bangladesh.

Some very interesting scenarios might develop.

I also don't think Pakistan will take it easy against Bangladesh. They are quite a gritty team, especially their batting.

Bongs will win most barring above 3 and Kiwis. If they win against Kiwis or African, Its NOT a upset
