Selecting only alpha/charismatic players

I think it's important to succeed consistently to have winners in team and have only alpha/charismatic players

 

I m sorry to say chahal bhuvi kuldeep Rahul kartik are loosers of first degree and these kind of guys never succeed they have no confidence

 

I think a parameter must be set that player must have personality confidence like Dhoni bumrah Sehwag kohli

 

I think in youngsters Gill nagarkoti pant Pandya have these traits please no more jhandus anymore

We need to find players with guts and mental strength to handle pressure games. Gambhir wasn't your typical "alpha" but he was fierce and had an edge to him. We need fighters.

By alpha I don't mean big and strong players but yes they are preferred 

But even fighters like gambhir and jadeja but who believe in themselves have to be picked
