I don't think it has. I feel the amount of cricket played these days makes it hard for one team to remain on top for long. 

They're the superior team at the moment, but that could all change very quickly is one batsman loses form, another gets injured.

They had to fight hard to qualify and even then needed a lot of luck to beat NZ in the final. This team is not good enough to dominate except on ultra flat pitches. Don't expect remind of domination Australia showed in the 99-07 period. These guys are not even close .

People in ICF are a delusional lot. Over the last 4 years, england have lost only 4 ODI series(not counting the scotland loss since its a one-off match) all over the world and they've won the World cup this year. They are surely dominating and i feel this is just the start of proceedings.
