Virat Kohli on this NZ tour:

T20Is - 45, 11, 38, 11
ODIs - 51, 15, 9
Tests - 2, 19

201 runs in 9 inns, one fifty.

Wait until that clownfest IPL.

Rohit Sharma is being missed here.

You can talk all about his playing of swing/seam.

But in terms playing the short ball there is no equal in the Indian batting line up.

The tactics employed by NZ would void if facing R Sharma.

To change Indian cricket around, no one should be made captain once married, it changes a person and guys become passive and docile. Happens in football too.

And he should remain celibate until he discharges his duties as captain. But he should be permitted to practice his mantras (aka Jim Carey in Ace Ventura).

IN order to do that he can't open the innings. If he opens he won't last more than Shaw.

Really, he averages over 40 in New Zealand in test cricket.

And on this pitch there was not that much swing/seam, batsman got out themselves out in this innings.

It looked like briefly. But CDG, Boult, Southee all three still get swing.
