FischerTal
they need to be bowled out for under 200 and this trio has ability to do that. Come on guys...... Link to comment
sarcastic
When such a big wicket such as Williamson falls, ICF is so silent and dormant about it and the only posts I see are "wicket" or "gone". Come on guys... this is a huge achievement of our bowlers to let Williamson fail and India is well and truly back in the game! It is a key moment in the match and can very well be match-turning one. It deserves more celebration than the sedentary one going on here. Link to comment
SRT100
I think Saini would have been a better choice in this test instead of Jadeja who I am sure Kohli picked also because of his batting. express bowling and FischerTal 2 Link to comment

Williamson is a massive wicket, but Taylor can go big and the rest of the tail can easily put on over 100 runs. Williamson out early is great, but NZ have got a decent batting lineup. sarcastic 1 Link to comment

ganeshran
have to trigger a collapse now. if we take a 20-30 run lead at least there is some chance with our batting Link to comment

Yeah I know thats why Kohli made the usual mistake of thinking Indian spinners can win a game for them in SENA. If you replace Jadeja say with a fit Ishant. India could have been a chance. I think NZ will rebuild after early wickets loss today, they look to have settled. After Bumrah got his wicket, started to get carried away with the pitch instead of focusing on line and length. With that said, any NZ lead will probably mentally cripple the Indian batting lineup. Link to comment
Stutter
The bowlers still need to be pitching it up a wee bit and hitting the wickets. Even if the batsmen take a long stride and drive successfully, that is alright as this would only provide more opportunity for the edges. Bharat Arun & the team analysts need to be more reactive than this. It appears they rip van winkled through yesterday's last session express bowling 1 Link to comment
zen
I would have played Saini over Rahane. On current batting form, probably Jadeja = Rahane When you are trying to draw the series in a must win game, you have to give yourself the chance to pick up 20 wkts sandeep 1 Link to comment

In an attack with 3 pacers, how do you think India will get through 90 overs in a day? If Jadeja can bowl a good chunk of overs - 20 odd overs for less than 50 runs, with a wicket, that would be a quality contribution. Keep in mind that he also makes the bowlers jobs easier by bowling his overs super quick. Gives the pace bowlers the luxury of taking their time with their overs, instead of having to rush through them. Add to that, he averages 45 with the bat over the last 3 years. 45. But yes, they should have bowled fuller, especially yesterday, and even today. Link to comment
